"It was terrific. We started out with a service call to our existing garage door (thinking that it would probably need to be replaced). The tech who came out was terrific, and gave us options. We quickly decided that replacement was the best option. With the commitment to purchase, the service call fee was waived (good move). Installation was excellent . . . the crew did arrive late on Saturday afternoon (early evening). Not their fault (perhaps blame the dispatcher) and the crew leader called me several times during the day to keep me posted. Frankly, I felt worse for them than I did for me.
