"I looked on Angie's List and saw a deal with Precision for $389, including entry Key pad and 2 remotes, complete with installation. Brian, the service tech came and said he will check it out. He found that the chan drive jumped the gear teeth . He took it apart and re-seated the chain. Then he set the limiterd on the door. Lubricated the hinges and tested it over and over. He said the 11 year old unit internally looked in great shape. He said it could last maybe another 6 years! $89- service call, instead of a $400- replacement. Great service guy and excellent company to deal with. I have been seeing their commercials on cable TV a lot too. Being in the sales and service business as well, (we sell new Pinball machines to the home market), I can appreciate the professionalism that this company and it's representatives projects. "Tom came out when promised and gave an estimate for the door giving me options for the style, color and type of door. He also gave me the option of buying my own door opener or having him get it but either way he would install it. He gave me a price which I thought was fair and I told him I would talk it over with my husband and get back with him. I called him a few weeks later and said I wanted him to do the work and he gave me a date when he could install the door. The date of installation came but there was a terrible storm and I didn't think he would show up but he did. He wasn't able to finish the job because of the storm but he came back the next morning and finished it. Was very pleased with the work and would definitely use him again. <br />"
