He replaced our first unit and even though we had to wait for a part for 5 days in Florida heat for Andrew to replace our 2nd unit , we selected him again even though another company could have installed a new one sooner. "Dishonest company. At first we thought this was an honest company with respectable owners and employees. I am very sad to report how wrong we were. They recently came here for maintenance and said that we needed a part replaced for over $700. We refused the part because of the price (the owner of the house is on a fixed income), but they said we needed the part and we could pay later. As I was looking over the paperwork for my mom of all their past visits and supposed maintenance , I realized how much they had been ripping her off by charging her extra maintenance fees when she should?ve had free maintenance up until the year 2026 after a full system install and full duct replacement. Every time they come for a maintenance visit they suggest thousands of dollars of work that needs to be done. "
