"John showed up, actually a little early, but called first to let me know he was coming. My garage door opener, a Lift-master, is a little more than four years old. The two-door garage door itself, 36 years old. Upon attempting to close the door, it would periodically go back up, after starting to close, as if something was in the way of the door sensors. John replaced one Photo Eye, & performed a Tune-up. The Door now works perfectly, & is quieter than it has been in years. "It didn't turn out very well. It was ok. The door made noise. He oiled it or whatever, and it was a little better. I have a thing that you put on the door for hurricane protection. He kept saying that it was hitting up against the garage door but I've never had that problem before. He put the stuff on and it did sound a bit better but then the next day it was back again. I called him and he came back out and puttered around with it and left. It's still noisy. We've used them in the past. I've always had very good luck with them. They have been very good. They were out here very quickly and when called back they were here within a day or so."

They were very professional: Walked us through the process, showed us various options, and did an excellent job of removing and installing. We've received many compliments about how good these doors look. Now, four years after Precision installed the doors, they returned at my request to install an external key pad. The service man arrived at the scheduled time and was polite and professional. He installed the key pad, checked out how the doors were working, and answered some questions that we had. This is a very good company, highly recommended."
