"Great business.....We were not satisfied with information or cost given to us by a rep from a national competitor. We contracted Jones who answered all of our questions in great detail. They came out within a couple days and installed a complete softening and filtration system. Everything is working perfectly and for less than the competition. If you have hard water or any other water/air issue your first call should be to Jones Air and Water. They will treat you right!"

"Nice family oriented business. Very helpful in education about water purification systems. A company that wants to do a good job and provide a high level of customer confidence."

"Very impressed with the professional appearance and demeanor of the installers. They initiated a series of pre install checks around the home that solved some issues and found a few problems that needed to be solved before they started. On top of going the extra mile, the install was successful and I'm a very satisfied customer. The manager was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend Dunn One Hour Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning."

"I just wanted to update my review from 6/2/20 but it looked like a huge hassle to try to contact Angie's list to figure out how to do that, so I'm just writing an update here. Someone from Maplewood Plumbing reached out to me and explained that their new system didn't allow for itemization of bills, but that they were aware of this need for customers and they would be working on finding a solution. She was very nice and I wanted to raise my rating for the customer service experience. I still think they do excellent work and I would definitely hire them again if I could have an itemized receipt."

"Sam was great. Had a extremely dirty system that would not function correctly or blow cold air. Had High Ridge Heating and Cooling here as he has done work before for me and parents. He took one look and stated we needed to replace entire a/c furnace unit for $3100. Told us it would cost about the same to clean. No way I could afford that so went on Angie's List to find someone and read Sam's review's. He came out and told me the cost at $425 to clean. Which was fantastic. He spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and did a wonderful job. Ended up paying total $625 once he was done and asked me before doing anything additional that would cost more. Also since our unit didn't have valves on system to reuse our refrigerant he had to put new in which was part of price increase. Sam, thanks so mich for not trying to take advantage."

"The technician was honest and said that the water heater is in good working condition not needing any repairs or replacement We were told the opposite by another company!!! They have indicated that it needs replacement!!"

"I hired this company to extend the natural gas in my house and would definitely recommend them. I felt that the plumber who did the installation really knew what he was doing and seemed like a great guy. The installation went well and the price was fair."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"
