The price was well higher than all others but I don't mind paying a higher price for high quality work and initially that was what we received. The problems started when we tried scheduling our bi-annual service/maintenance that is mandatory to retain our warranty. The first occasion we called 3 times and were told someone would get back to us, no one ever did so I called Mike Sr. at home and that got the intended action started. The next time they made the appointment on our first attempt but then the did not show up when they were scheduled twice in a row. They didn't even call to cancel, we had to call them to be told they weren't going to make it. As i said before I don't mind paying more for quality, and I think $13,500 qualifies, but the after the sale service of Wadsworth is so sub standard I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone."
