"It went great. The original drawers I had in there kept falling down and were completely the wrong size. They explained the limitations on what they could build and we agreed on a design. They were professional and kind and answered all of my questions. The work was completed in less than two days, which surprised me. It was expensive, but the quality of the drawers is top notch. Each drawer can hold 70 lbs! So I'll never have to worry about loading them up with too many cans or anything. They get a lot of abuse since I'm always in and out of the pantry, and they've held up wonderfully."

"Very well. I called first and was told that it was easy to get custom sizes. (There are limits based on the size of individual rows of springs.) When I went in, I was shown what different kinds of sets that they had and how to order the custom size. After we ordered, it was done in only a few days. It was delivered and set-up by the delivery people. It fit perfectly. (It does help if you measure twice so you only cut once. If you give them the measurements, then you need to be sure that you've got it right.) The sales people were knowledgeable and friendly."

"Estimate appointment went very well. They actually ended up doing two drawings and took as much time as needed to make sure all our needs were met. We liked the fact the Closet Factory actually custom builds everything to fit exactly unlike other companies that have standard sizes which may leave gaps and wasted space. The materials are sturdy and solid. On the installation day they showed right on time and the install only took around and hour and a half. The installer was very friendly, helpful, and did not leave a mess. Overall a very good experience! <br />"

"The process took longer than expected, but the results were worth the wait.  Beautiful finished work, looks like the original wood.  Spent time making sure all areas around the house were taken care of, even areas that I had not noticed as rotted.  Offered to fill in gaps in the foundation with caulk along with the repairs for no extra charge.  Took the time to move the patio furniture back in to place after each day they worked.  Attention to detail was great! <br />"

"I wanted a new bedroom set with a vanity, but could not find what I was looking for. I saw a display in California Closets' store that suggested they might be able to do a custom unit, so I arranged for a designer to come to my house for a consultation. At the first meeting, Kate came up with a design that showed she'd been listening. She returned the next week with a final design and pricing for a wall unit, an armoire, and 2 nightstands. Because the armoire and nightstands were pretty basic pieces that we'll be able to find elsewhere for much less, we decided to proceed with just the wall unit. The paperwork was done quickly, and they called the next week to schedule installation for just 3 weeks after the order date, which also spanned Christmas and New Year's Day. The installer, Brady, showed up on time and was very professional. He predicted the unit would take 7 hours to build, and it took him 6 hours and 59 minutes! We love the quality of the work and the terrific service."
