Not only has the repair held up, and the warranty gave me peace of mind, but Jordan and team have come out multiple times to alleviate any concerns or even do a quick patching job on an unrelated area - all free of charge. Should my home ever require additional significant repairs (let’s face it, it’s an old house and stuff happens), I won’t hesitate to hire them again. Given the number of texts and emails I’ve exchanged over “is this crack a problem? What about this one?” the MN concrete team may not love that their warranty landed them with me, but I’m super happy I inherited such a fabulous, considerate team."

"Quoting was fair and easy. There was a bit of a mix up between the quote and the person's doing the work, but was resolved fairly quickly the work was done just as quickly. Our concrete was raised noticeably and our issue resolved at the time of the work. They have a great warranty, which should be considered with every job in my opinion, it's a fair price for peace of mind! Would use again and have already pass along a referral!"

Scott walked through options and provided honest recommendations for the garage floor and foundation repair that was needed. Any questions I had regarding the process or estimate were answered promptly. Gardner (Scott and crew) did an outstanding job replacing the garage floor and deteriorated foundation cinder blocks. The crew showed up early every day, were polite and respectful and got right to work. They went above and beyond in how they conducted their work and explained the process and improvements they were making to do the job right. The job site was kept organized and they cleaned up very well after they were completed each day. The entire crew was trusting, professional and knowledgeable - and aimed for quality and perfection. "It went really well. Samuel Sharpe was one of several contractors who responded to our emergency weekend call for ice dam removal. (We noticed water infiltration during a thaw on Saturday.) He was able to respond the quickest and get started on Monday. His rates were very reasonable, and I was pleased to learn that he used a torch rather than pressure washer to remove the ice dam. He kept us informed throughout the process, with only a minor one delay delay. He worked through some of the most bitterly cold weather, (on our roof in 16 below wind chill), and was able to remove all of the snow and ice on time and within budget. I'd certainly hire him again and recommend him to others."

"Great! The inspector who came for the free estimate was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was the first of three I got. The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! The crew arrived at 8:30am on a Friday morning and worked hard all day. They sent "extra guys" to finish in one day, I really liked that part. The guys worked hard and cleaned up great. I asked them about hauling away a few extra things of mine and they did. The crew manager walked through everything with me at the end and made sure I was happy, Job very well done All-Star Basements, I would highly recommend this company!"
