They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"I bought the deal off of Angie's List of the $99 Faucet Installation.  I needed to replace the tub handles and spout (I provided the new ones). I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again.

"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about how they turned a disaster into manageable problem. Superb service and staff."
