"It was terrific. We started out with a service call to our existing garage door (thinking that it would probably need to be replaced). The tech who came out was terrific, and gave us options. We quickly decided that replacement was the best option. With the commitment to purchase, the service call fee was waived (good move). Installation was excellent . . . the crew did arrive late on Saturday afternoon (early evening). Not their fault (perhaps blame the dispatcher) and the crew leader called me several times during the day to keep me posted. Frankly, I felt worse for them than I did for me. When they did get here, they had the whole thing done is less than two hours . . . an impressive instance of guys really knowing what they were doing. I hope not to need a new garage door any time soon (barring a move to a different house, or something). But, if you need one, you should definitely give Precision a look."

Jim from Advanced responded right away and came out and fixed both springs the next day. Jim Parker (owner) came out himself and did all the work. It took him less than an hour to replace both springs and lubricate the door. I'm very satisfied with the work that was completed and Jim beat all other competitors on price that I called. "Quality Garage Door Service replaced our garage door springs about 6 years age. One broke the other day. I called on Monday evening and they had Daniel out here the next afternoon. I wasn’t home, but arrived as Daniel finished the job. I asked about replacing the rollers (wheels). He said he would come back the next day to do that. He did and replaced them with new rollers that are better then the older ones. Daniel is knowledgeable and timely. I would highly Recommend quality Garage Door Services."
