The time allotted for this project was tight, but Arran told me he would do everything he could to meet the deadline. He often had many trades there at the same time, including weekends, which truly impressed me. Anytime I reached out to him, he responded. As this can be a stressful time for both the homeowner and contractor alike, Arran never got upset, or at least never showed it. His calm and confident demeanor made me feel very comfortable.
