"Lightning Restoration was absolutely amazing from the start to completion. The communication was spot on. I was well informed of ever visit and ever daily scope of work. I am not sure what I expected but they definitely went above and beyond. They made a bad situation (water damage) a little more bearable and that was much appreciated. These are the guys you need when there is a need."

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"Jacob was professional , kind , and informative. He explained our situation and what and why things were being done the way they were which was greatly appreciated as we have no knowledge of the steps that were taken with water damage , or water stains etc"

"Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and always working in our best interests."

"I can’t say enough good things about Andres and his mold remediation team. What started as a stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of how supportive, patient, and thorough they were. During the process, more mold was discovered than we originally expected, which was honestly overwhelming for me. Instead of making the situation feel worse, the team handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. They took the time to explain each step, answer all of my questions, and reassure me that they would take care of the problem the right way. They were incredibly thorough, careful with my home, and clearly committed to making sure everything was done safely and completely. What meant the most to me was how supportive they were throughout the entire process. They understood how stressful it can be to deal with mold and really helped ease my worries. I highly recommend them for mold remediation services."
