"I woke up this morning and it was 87 degrees upstairs!  I called Louisiana HVAC, Inc. at 8:15 to see if anyone could come out today or tomorrow.  I was told Dax had a tight schedule, but would squeeze me in if possible.  By noon, I had a 1 pm appointment.  After arriving on time, the issue was quickly identified and resolved!  Besides being polite and prompt, Dax is honest.  The problem with the unit I called about was the filter!  We made the mistake of purchasing one of the ultimate... filters which works the AC too hard!  Instead of giving me some other 'problem' and overcharging me, he removed the filter, and serviced another unit I was planning to get around to later this summer.  I can't recommend this company highly enough.  If we have any other issues, I know who we'll call. "

I tried to use that and discovered that it didn't work, failing to invoke some third-party form handler service. These kind of foibles seem more common with small businesses who have someone create their minimal web site and then not maintain it. Just call them instead."
