"I pulled up Angie's List and selected CSR (Complete Service Restoration). Within 30 minutes after contacting CSR, Ron Minando was at our door. Within another 45 minutes Ron's crew arrived. As Julius Caesar said upon landing in Britain, They came, They saw. They conquered. With CSR, They came. They saw. They conquered a smelly, moldy, and disgustingly wet basement. To ensure that water, dirt, and contaminants, were not tracked into our house, they put down a waterproof cloth matting on the main floor, the laundry room and the garage. Working in a quiet professional manner, the crew drained the basement, extracted water from the carpeting and padding, zipped it into watertight plastic bags and disposed of it in a dumpster. They did the same with the wet drywall and some water damaged contents. They moved so quietly and quickly that my wife and I were unaware they brought in very large air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. After removing all the contaminated debris, they sprayed the floor and walls with a plant-based (no toxic chemicals) anti-bacterial agent. By acting quickly, CSR was able to save my wife's hat room and its 300 plus hats Hooray! It took several days to remove mold and dry the basement, but when they finished we had a clean odor-free basement. The men were prompt, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the dangers of a water/mold damaged basement. If needed, I would definitely hire CSR again."

"Another great experience with Gary's Plumbing! Our main sump pump died and fortunately the water backup system Gary installed for us a few years ago kicked in and saved the day. "I called them after seeing them at my neighbors house. Actually, I emailed with questions and they were very responsive. I felt they knew what they were talking about when they emailed me several problems it could be regarding the dishwasher. In the email I asked about any fees up front and they did say there is a $49 fee for an estimate IF we didn't do the work. I called the next business day and the lady on the phone was very friendly. She even said that if there was other plumbing that we wanted to be looked at while the guy was there to have it looked at since we were paying the $49 estimate fee. The plumber came on time and i showed him more things i wanted looked at. He gave me prices for 3 things. The toilet issue he told me it probably needed a flapper and i could do it myself. The other issue that i was concerned about from what another plumber did, I had him give me a price since the "other" plumber didn't do it to code when he said he would. This plumber gave me a price of $155. he said i could easily do it myself even though i am not very handy at fixing things. So, i decided to just get the dishwasher line fixed and the valve to the humidifier. As soon as he put on the arrestor for the dishwasher, the vibration stopped!! While I don't want the plumber to get into trouble for telling me I could do the other two issues myself, but he saved me several hundred dollars more. That is why i would come back to them!! Not everyone can afford $500 + in repairs. He saved me about $200-300 dollars and that makes me happy. The only thing I had a problem with is if you are charging $49 to look at repair and if we go ahead to do the work, that $49 should come off the bill. Other than that, I will still be calling them back as most plumbers still charge to come out and they charge less to look at your repair then most companies"

"I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired.
