"Had a toilet overflow badly. Minor damage to the bathroom floor, 1st floor ceiling and basement ceiling. Used Angie's app to call a plumber immediately. Ken Kaiser called back within a of minute and he fixed the problem 1 1/2 hours later. 5 stars for speed! Ken was very friendly and understanding of my situation and gave me good advice on water damage. Many thanks. "

"Overcharged for labor on hot water tank AND installing 2 faucets. Dumped rusted metal from the inside of my broken hot water tank into my floor drain when I clearly have an ejection pump system which caused a terrible clean up issue in my drain. Could not install a new faucet in my ceramic pedestal sink but charged me 2 hours for taking the old faucet out. We are not at all happy with their field plumber who did our inside plumbing. Would never recommend to anyone."
