"We had Doug and his crew re-grout cracks in our shower and they were phenomenal. We had Doug come for an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He even researched the brand of our old grout that was used (previous owners) so he was familiar with the suite of products and purchased additional products (colorant and sealant) for us to use after they re-grouted. The new grout and caulk look great and he walked us through the application of the additional products and even offered to assist with any questions as we used them. Doug worked with us to make the project cost effective and was in continuos communication with us regarding the project between the time of the estimate until after the project was complete. "Three walls of unfinished basement had three cracks and numerous leaks from rusting tie rods (my 20 years of ignoring!).  The drainage line from house sump pump thru back yard to water drainage line had failed.  They replaced line, but took a different route thru basement to a new connection to city's line, having not been able to find original connection--works fine now with their new sump pump.  The water leaks required manual excavation down to basement's exterior drain tile which required pressure clean out of the tile on three sides of house, then exterior sealing of four basement wall sections and building four window wells, small stone drainage sites around house.  About a dozen interior, rusting tie rod leaks were sealed.  It has just passed the worst flooding in the area's past in August 2014 without a leak!  The sump pump system performed.  As a smaller company, it was helpful that I was home to review work, answer questions, approve changes and additions, and get the pizza for lunches (a hard working bunch in August heat).  They needed additional direction in sod replacement from sump line cuts and you need to walk the job with a supervisor when completed.  They did additional work at no cost recutting and replacing an expanded area of patio pavers.  The owner was always reachable by phone and responsive for scheduling and visiting the site.  Troy was onsite for tapping into their drainage line.  An additional wood bracing along basement wall-ceiling interface proved useful for rehanging peg boards, etc., once I painted the walls ($500).

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"Bryan is very friendly and is an extremely efficient worker as well. I was impressed by how much he was able to accomplish over the course of 6 or so hours on his last visit. Many of these situations required creativity on his part (like anchoring the furniture to the walls) and different solutions in each instance. He figured them all out very quickly and I felt confident that the work was done very well. We will definitely hire him for other similar jobs in the future! 
I also appreciate that he uses email and text messaging since it isn't always convenient to reach someone by phone, especially with a baby in the house (communication sometimes needs to be done at odd hours when you have a minute!).
