The next day he picked up, brought, and installed a top new toilet and removed the old, rusted broken one. He also gave estimates on faucet repairs or replacements, which we will have him do for us soon."

"My wife & I renovated an old, neglected house that had been turned into 7 apartments in the 1940's after having been built as a single family home around 1904.  Our plan was to turn it into 3 apartments, one for each of our parents and one for us.
We visited several granite suppliers and found that AGS had the best combination of cost and selection.  They have a large selection of slabs in every price range and get new slabs in frequently.  
Since we were phasing the construction they had to come on 3 different times to measure, fabricate & install in the kitchens.  When we finalized our plan for the vanity in our master bath they came a 4th time to measure, fabricate & install.
We purchased the stainless steel kitchen sinks from them but supplied the bathroom sinks separately.  In every case they installed the sinks during the counter top installation.
Their installation technicians did a great job on the seams between the granite pieces.  Unless you look closely you do not notice them.
We would definitely use Advanced Granite Solutions again.

He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. "It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.
