Noel was great! Great guy (as far as I can tell) and great work.  My shower looks so much better and I have peace of mind knowing that water isn't penetrating the sub-floor underneath the shower.
Noel showed up on time (a couple minutes early).
He was very respectful and friendly. 
He had communicated with me prior to the appointment about what color grout he would need so he showed up with the necessary materials. The grout was in a varied state of disrepair so he stated that he would basically have to remove some old grout and reapply a new layer of grout.  

He also helped me solve a funky light fixture conundrum that has been vexing us for almost three years. He figured it out in about 30 seconds. Much appreciated!
He went to work and needed the entirety of the 3 hours to re-grout the shower. He instructed us to let it cure for 48 hours and left a clean worksite with the shower looking like new. He also instructed us to give him a call if there were any issues with the grout.
The only additional charge was for materials and I fell that the service was an excellent value and I would have been happy even at full price.
