"We had a great experience with Water Heater Experts. We contacted them a year before we actually had the work done and John was extremely knowledgeable about water quality and water heaters. Once we needed a new water heater he was quick in responding and the work was done in a day. We went with a tankless and he was helpful with tips on how to use it and be efficient with the recirculating. I am extremely happy and pleased and already enjoying hot water in 10 seconds versus the 1.5-2 minutes we used to wait!"

Nick drove to their supply bldg. in Mint Hill, then back up here to Huntersville to install. Could not be more pleased with the service or the courtesy and competence of the repair rep.! "We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."
