"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. Seatown technician, Brian, took extra time to fix the noise issue and at the end, I still paid the same original price that I was quoted. Also I should mention that Brian was on time and courteous of the property. I am glad that my five year quest to find a knowledgable company with reasonable service fees has come to an end. "Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "It went well. They came out on a Sunday afternoon (of course it was more expensive because it was the weekend and their emergency hours). They completed the repair, and then checked over our furnace while they were there. We also signed up for a reduced rate for a yearly servicing of the furnace. We then called back and had them service our air-conditioning unit and signed up for a reduced rate for yearly servicing. Very professional."

"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"Eli, the owner, came out to diag the issue with our AC the same day. He worked fast and showed me the issues with the AC unit that came with the house we bought. The cheaper AC unit that came with the house had major coil leaks and needed to be replaced which he did a few days later when he returned with new upgraded York AC unit. Great experience with this company and highly recommend. Especially happy with the speed of service and repair since other companies were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks just to come out to diag. Eli was here within hours the same day as I submitted the request!!!"
