Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."

"A couple of weeks ago during the cold snap, my furnace died. I had a handyman friend look at it and he believed I needed a new blower motor. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to do the repair. This was on a Thursday and it was already 55 degrees in my house with snow in the forecast. Every place I called was more than happy to send a sales person out that day to sell me a new furnace but no one had a repair person that could come out before the next Monday or Tuesday. Grrrrrrr. I came SO close to buying a new furnace because I didn't know what else to do. Then I found AirPros on Home Advisor. The person who called me knew exactly what repair I needed and said he could have a service tech out between 2-4 that afternoon. When Jerry called to say he was on his way he had already researched where to find a blower motor for my particular, (old) furnace and was apologetic that he couldn't get the parts and do the repair until the next morning. Then he suggested that a smaller part that he already had, may be able to fix the problem. He was at my house before 2 pm and replaced that smaller part. 15 minutes later and for $225, my furnace was fixed. Jerry was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will need a new furnace, probably in the near future, and guess who I'm going to call? And I have been singing AirPros praises to everyone I know."

I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home.
