I just bought my first house and have lived in San Antonio my whole life so I know hard the water can get. First, Patricia came over to test the water and gave me information regarding water treatment that no other salesperson seems to have the same knowledge of. She went over every system tier, any questions I had, and the ways to pay and discounts. They are straight forward and honest which is how I like to conduct business. Install was scheduled within a couple of days of the paperwork. Hugo and his team was so professional and showed me the ins and outs of the water system. With the tier we got, we get a supply of natural soaps which we are big on so ask about that! I highly recommend the Water Doctor if you need any water softner needs!"
