"Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. I then did a lot of research on different companies across multiple review websites (including Angies) and Excel Air stood out. Once I spoke to the office staff, great experience, they had a tech out to our home in 2 days with our problem diagnosed. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"

"I had a break in my water main, leaking about a half-gallon per minute (720 gallons/day). By the time the water company inspector left, it was almost noon and I still had to find a plumber. Do It Right Plumbers scheduled me for immediate service, and Dakota was at my home that same afternoon. He restored the water service to my home, while bypassing the water main. This stopped the leak and allowed me and my family to go on with our day as if there was no water main problem. He explained my options and gave me exact prices. A lot of digging was needed, there were complications, and extra labor and hours were needed because the burst pipe was underneath the sidewalk. All of the dirt was shoveled on to protective tarps. When the water needed to be shut off, the down times were really brief. When everything was done, Dakota had not only replaced the water main, but also the water pressure regulator, the hose faucet, and all of the connections and valves. Then he replaced all of the dirt, re-planted the shrubs that had been removed during the job, and left the area looking as if nothing had happened. As for the final price, it was very fair, and exactly as he had quoted---not a penny more! I had a water main break before, and I remember how disruptive, expensive and stressful the last job was. Dakota really took a lot of the pain out of this latest ordeal. As hard as Dakota worked on the job, he worked equally hard to make this job as easy on me and my family as possible. If any future plumbing needs arise, I will be calling Do It Right Plumbers."
