"We used Loya Cleaning in our previous home two times and appreciated Felix's personal attention, professionalism and promptness. "Nathan did an aswesome job. He is a perfectionist. I have used him before from a prior leak under a kitchen sink. I live out of state , which is very stressful to trust someone to repair sheetrock, remediate mold, rebuild the heater stand which was soaked through and point out issues on my behalf. He provided me with photos each stap of the way, explaining everything he did. He and his crew did a beautiful job with the finish on the sheetrock matching the existing and even had to get some paints to match the existing colors on the walls. He came over the next day after I called him to review the damage. More prompt then "real" doctors!"
