We were available, so they came over and got to work. It took longer than I expected, but I'm not a garage door tech, so what do I know. They finished up, and it looks perfect. Now, about the crew, Cesar is a good dude. He's down to earth, friendly, and seems genuinely invested in customer relations. I didn't get the name of the guy helping out, but he was friendly as well, and didn't mind my dog sniffing around. After they finished, they cleaned up, demonstrated the new opener, and made sure we had the app operational. He answered our questions about the install and made sure we were absolutely comfortable with everything."

American Home Shield stated that the service charge would be $75.00 the same as I paid when the previous garbage disposal was replaced under my American Home Shield contract. This time the contractor said there would be an additional charge of $67.00 because pipes had to be rerouted or the warranty would be void.
