"I had water leak from an upstairs shower, it was serious with a steady stream of water making it through the wall and ceiling. It was a mess and the a list of possible causes that were not easy to diagnose. Luke was easy to work with and was available to start work promptly. We came up with a plan to do the amount of work to fix just the leak and add additional work as necessary to guarantee waterproofing. Watching the shower work being done, it is honestly one of the hardest work to do. Dimensions are not standard, there are many custom choices and there are so many materials and tools that go into the work. The subcontractor doing the work made some design decisions that I wasn’t happy with, Luke agreed with my concerns and took the steps to make it right. I trust him to be a man of his word to get results that make all parties involved happy."
