"The experience with Justin at Fire & Water Damage Recovery was excellent. They were referred by the plumbing company that serviced my sump pump. We still got 3 estimate, Justin's estimate was in the middle but I felt good with Justin based on our phone conversation and the referral so we went with this company. Justin did tell me that he might have estimated on the high side because he does not like to surprise the homeowners. What a surprise when I go the final invoice. The final invoice came in much lower and was very close or lower than the lowest estimate I got. Justin and his team also took pictures of how the place was before and after for me to see. They even took pictures of the pathway that they took to get to the crawl space to assure me that they kept the place clean when they got in and out. I was very satisified with Justin and his company."

I received very professional and friendly service from my first call to Nina, the owner/office manager, to the crew that came to my house to do the cleanup. Tyrone was great. Due to pipes over the area requiring clean up, he had a very cramped area to work in. My plumbers were able to come in the next day and work in a fresh clean area. "The installer seemed to now what he was doing, but had a couple of problems. He dropped one toilet and spilled the water on a bedroom rug. Now the water level in one toilet is not level, it is lower in the back. I called that to their attention and the installer came out, but after conferring with his supervisor they could not come up with an answer. So he left. Later on I used a level and found the toilet is not level, but it does not interfere with its operation. Fortunately I had an Angie's List coupon because I found their service pricy."
