"We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. "Their quote was for $2600. We would say that we had a very positive experience with them. The gentleman that we talked to answered all our questions and seemed to be pretty straight forward. It was just that we got a quote from someone else that we do business with and their pricing was a bit better. It was not strictly a price related section. He was very responsive and he answered all questions clearly and concisely. He was very professional told me a little bit of the business and why he does what he does and the one thing that impressed me was that this company does the whole thing, they don't subcontract any part of the contract. They are a full service provider as versus some of these companies where they sell the product and send out somebody else. For the pool they send out two people. One needs an installer and secondly one needs a plumber to redo the lines and third the gas heater which is specialty thing. This guy has experience in all three areas and does all three things himself instead of subcontracting to anybody else. If there is problem there is no question that the gas guy did it wrong or the plumber did it wrong."

He ran into some issues with the piping and the garbage disposal  because of the age of our home.
