"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.

we've  had couple of other estimates.The salesmen said that their installers,would come out and measure,so we received a estimated Quote.When Richie came he brought his ladder and tape measure,got up on the roof and did his measuring.He gave us a great quote.and sat down and proceeded to tell us how the process would work.Including getting the permits,and about how the instillation would go.He gave the estimate on the 8th.of Dec.and on the 22nd.we are up and running.

Richie was here,at the time he said he would be.Did an excellent job,This time of year it was just like Santa on the roof (Richie does have a twinkle in his eye) He and his helper did an excellent job,Quality workmanship,no mess,and took the time to explain everything to me.

Richie is one of the nicest people we've met if Florida.He is a total reflection of his work.
