"We had a clear idea of what we wanted for this project, and when I contacted Jose, the first impression was excellent which, as we know, makes all the difference. He listened carefully to our ideas and provided thoughtful feedback on what could be achieved. From our initial concept to the final result, the experience was outstanding. It truly felt as though the build was being done for his own home or a family member—every detail was handled with care. Communication was consistent and personal, with daily updates that kept us informed throughout the process. We’re extremely happy with the outcome. "Overall amazing experience with Water Rock Custom pools and outdoor living. The sales team, the owner and everyone on their team have been amazing to work with. Have taken the time to understand my family as their customer and have done everything to make sure we are informed. Really listen to what we want and then translate that into a design. Amazing their work. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future"

"The most impressive thing about the Southland team is their craftsmanship. They aren’t sub contractors just throwing things together. They are pros. They found solutions to complicated roof lines and just made it look easy. There isn’t a person who doesn’t drop their jaw when they see my pool enclosure. Not to mention I can have snacks and fruit left in the open while I jump into the pool and not a fly to worry about landing on my food. And mosquitoes, I’ve forgotten what that is. These guys put the icing on our new home. We are proud owners of a Southland Pool Enclosure."

"Great! The owner, Bill is responsive and easy to work with. The roof installers were meticulous! I could not be more pleased."

"The team at Pool Queen weâ re extremely professional and showed tremendous enthusiasm and expertise in their work."

"Steve, the roof inspector for Integrity Roofing, arrived promptly and spent considerable time on the roof and inside the attic to find the source of the leaks. His inspection revealed that shingles were cut in several areas around the "turtle vents" (probably during installation). Insulation in the attic showed signs where the water pooled up directly under the vents before leaking below through the sheetrock. Steve took several photos (which he shared with me) and prepared an estimate to repair the roof. He even went back up and put sealer over the areas for a temporary fix as more rain was a possibility. Steve was honest and told me that first I should call the builder (even though the warranty had just expired) because he said it was definitely related to builder/contractor error and any reputable builder should repair it. And he was right! After sending the photos to the builder, their rep. came out and found that in addition to the cut shingles the vents were not even secured in place. The builder agreed to repair the roof as it was the first heavy rain that we experienced since buying the house. Many thanks for the prompt and ethical way that Steve handled our situation."
