Marc was very informative and explained everything he would need to do with rerouting the water line, installing all items and the length of time it would take. I spent weeks researching tankless heaters, etc and calling Marc with questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The job was handled with care and Marc and his assistants took their time making sure the job was done correctly. "I was impressed by the professionalism and Knowlege of the Air Systems AC repairmen. The AC coil in an AC system that I had installed by another AC company failed. I called Air Systems to help diagnose the problem that I was having with the system. They quickly shut the system down to help minimize the water damage to the ceiling of my house, replaced the AC coil, leveled and replaced the AC drain pan, and rerouted some PVC drain pipes to the outside of my house. A follow-up inspection by a company manager was accomplished by Air Systems three days later to ensure that all repairs had been accomplished as agreed."

I called JD Service Repairs shortly after their opening hours, and had someone at my house by 11:00 AM Investigation revealed the tank had a small weeping leak that had put just enough water in the catch pan to trip a safety switch. "Carlos Mora responded the same night I requested quote. Plumbers in my immediate and local area could not provide plumbing services as soon and quickly as Carlos Mora. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed.
