In particular, Marcella Gorghis in the Service Department was gracious, knowledgeable, and most helpful in taking my service request. Then she offered me suggestions and options to get exactly what I needed to solve my air conditioning problems as quickly as possible on a hot summer day. Nobody could have been more helpful than she was. On the other hand, Bob Jensen AC & H installed my systems 22 years ago. Only two times before in all those years have I needed service, a testimony to the excellent installation work as well as the excellent system they installed. But when you do have to call for service, and you get a representative as courteous and competent as Marcella Gorghis, you know you are in good hands before the service technician even arrives. "We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. At the end of two days we had two beautifully installed systems that now cool our 4000 sq ft house in a matter of an hour instead of the 4 or 5 the old system required. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. "Paul Johnson made a positive first impression by returning our initial Friday PM voicemail by calling us the following day, Saturday. He showed up on time to examine our system and then provided an estimate with several options. Ultimately, we requested a specific brand and Paul was very accommodating in getting us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. We had some additional questions before making a final decision and scheduled an appointment for late on a Friday afternoon. He called shortly before he was due to arrive to let us know he was tied up on a service call and apologized that he would be later than expected. Although the repair was at a location more than 40 miles away from our home, he said he would come as soon as he was finished or, as an alternative, he could come see us on Saturday. Preferring to see him that evening, he happily drove up to meet with us that night.

Paul and his staff are seasoned technicians who take pride in their work. Their professionalism was further evidenced when we had a HERS test done on the HVAC system. This test is performed by a licensed independent third party to verify that the Installation meets very specific California Energy Efficiency Standards. Our installation not only met, but far exceeded, those standards. When I told the inspector the installation was done by Johnson Air, he said he wasn't surprised we had such excellent test results.
