"It took me a long time to find the right company to paint the outside of my home, but very thankful I found So Unique Painting! The whole process was great! The workers that did the job were so good, they worked so hard and painted the entire house in just two days, couldn't even believe they could finish that fast. "Everything went extremely  well.  Joe Sunseri and two helpers showed up at 8:00 AM, as promised.  Although Joe gave an estimate of 8-10 hours, they completed the job in a little over 6 hours, including cleanup and removal of their furniture covers, ladders and other material. <br /> I was especially appreciative of how quiet they all were.  I've had painters in the past who, prior to getting their paint and ladders out, made sure they had a place to set up their boom-boxes and drink coolers.  We had none of that from Joe's crew.  They were all so quiet, I made a few trips through the house just to make sure everything was all right. <br /> When the job was done, my wife and I made a finally inspection trip through the house and found everything was done to our satisfaction.  We were very pleased. <br /> The next time I need interior painting done, Joe Sunseri will be my first call. <br /> <br />"

"The new sliding glass door and adjacent windows were installed on time and at budget. Both interior and exterior finish detail is excellent. While I had him there, I asked for a quote on a "minor" bathroom remodel (replace existing tub, sink and toilet) and before I was finished, it became a complete gut job. Freddy just smiled and said yes when I asked for changes and was very fair with the add-on costs to the project. The new travertine installation was done with great attention to detail, especially the new tub deck. There was a slight glitch when the medicine cabinets were installed a couple of inches too low (based on the plan) which required changing the faucet and cutting the vanity legs a bit to make everything fit. It was a relatively minor hiccup in an otherwise pretty involved project. The end result is a cohesive, bright, modern bathroom (thanks to a good design...) and very well executed by Freddy and his crew. So, after the bathroom turned out so well, I asked for a quote to paint the kitchen cabinets, remove the old appliances, install new ones, and again because I kept asking for more, the final result included adding a couple of new cabinets, plumbing for a dishwasher, new sink and faucet, lights, hardware and counters and painting the entire condo. Freddy did an excellent job fitting a new cabinet in a space that wasn't completely plumb, using a combination of mud and trim to make it look perfect. He's a good problem solver and proved this over and over. He recommended sound insulation in a bedroom that shares a wall with the neighboring unit, an excellent suggestion that works beautifully. The neighbors confirmed they don't hear a thing. He also suggested skim coating the walls and ceiling to make them smooth and while it did cost more, the end result is fantastic! It was a great time and cost saver that Freddy or a member of his crew could handle the minor plumbing and electrical changes without waiting for outside subcontractors. Oh yeah, he also removed old brick from the fireplace hearth and created a smooth facing giving the fireplace a clean, contemporary look in an otherwise architecturally non-descript mid-century unit. He's a very agreeable fellow and rolls well with changes and do-overs, and there were lots of each. He had keys from the beginning of the project, and it wasn't unusual to find him there on weekends and holidays finishing something. The unit was vacant during this time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or refer to friends."
