I had no opportunity to ask whether the existing disposal could be fixed (it was relatively new) or if it absolutely had to be replaced. For a $700 total cost, I would like to have been sure. Having said that, everything works as it should and my sink is working again."

I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."
