"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My husband & I own a small business and I needed help with something on my lap top which I use for all our work. I didn't have a virus but needed what I guess would be a repair. I called and spoke with Bob who suggested I make an appointment as my issue could take some time. I called back a few days later & made the appointment. He called at exactly the agreed time. I'm familiar with having a company/person take over my computer which he did and then I went back to work while he did his work. He did need to call me several times about certain things but I basically did my work--but I admit I also watched at different times as he worked. It turned out what I needed took much longer than what he thought - he also told me that my old (about 10 years) lap top would be like it was when it was brand new! Not only was that accomplished he went way beyond fixing the original issue which was hard drive space (or lack of). He was very helpful with any questions and explained things in a way I could understand! Because it took so much longer I offered to pay more money but he would not accept any additional payment. I will be getting a new PC in a few months and I will definitely be contacting him to set some things up, walk me through some other things & handle some installations. It's SO nice to have someone trustworthy because let's face they can have access to everything on your computer. Don't hesitate to contact this company - my only few pieces of advise - have all the information you can gather about your PC/laptop - age - kind etc, a clear or as best as possible description of your issue, schedule extra time as it can take longer & if you 'watch" and see things you don't understand - don't panic - they will get things done as promised & most likely better!"

"I purchased the service and was contacted by Jason very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to take over my computer. I had a few questions before hand and Jason responded to those quickly as well. He sent me a couple of text messages before our scheduled time and emailed me the instructions on how to let him take over. I was able to watch him manipulate my computer the whole time. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up extra "junk" that was on my computer, eliminating numerous viruses my computer had contracted and he installed free anti-virus programs for me. When he was finished, he asked that I take some time browsing the web while he watched to be sure that I was not experiencing any of the same problems. After that he called and went over everything he did, gave me some great suggestions and showed me the details of the anti-virus programs he installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely use his services again, but hope I don't have to!"

"Great experience using Dan, will use him again soon. Work was completed professionally and promptly without any unneeded upsell or pressure. My 2011 HP laptop was having fan issues which I of course ignored for almost a year...then the HD was acting up and taking forever to access files. It got to the point where I could no longer boot it up and that was back in July 2017. I looked through several other reviews on AL and came across Dan Pastel of Intelligent Solutions. He responded within the hour via e-mail and we also discussed my issues over the phone. We met at a convenient location the next day so I could provide the fan/heatsink I had purchased. Dan recommended a particular model of HD (solid state) which he had confidence in and purchased on Amazon with no upsell (I could have done so myself but more convenient for Dan at the time). He kept me updated along the way and made a few no pressure recommendations on malware program, applications and registry tools that I purchased when we met including a newer version of Office 365. He also upgraded my Window 10 version and set up an auto back up application. So in the end I had a renewed laptop with current OS and software I need for my home office. I should also mention he removed all of the "junk" software that is factory installed. My laptop boots up at lighting speed now and I am able to use it as I had previously intended it to, as my work laptop. I really should have contacted Dan much sooner. When all the work was done, Dan provided a tutorial on how to access and use various applications and some of the latest features of Windows 10. So I am very much pleased with my experience with Dan, he is first and foremast professional, honest and is an expert at what he does. On top of that his fee was very reasonable considering all of the time he put into resuscitating my laptop. I look forward to having him work on my personal laptop that essentially needs a "tune up" to make it work more efficiently as well. Please give Dan a try, you will be happy you did."
