"<p>We hired Jim to remodel our guest/hall bath. He arranged for the demo to be done by an associate that we paid separately. Jim performed all other services needed. We replaced all the tile- floor and walls including a decorative inset tile in the shower and sink backsplash. We put in a new tub, vanity mirror, medicine chest, toilet,  towel bars/shelf and lighting. He added a dimmable light in the shower/tub area and a new bath fan. He also retextured the walls, painted and worked on leveling out areas on the floor. Jim estimated a three week time frame and he was right on the button. He is very punctual, and works very hard. He has worked for friends of mine and they are very pleased with his work. He is very particular about his work and getting things right. He also provided input as needed which helped me make good decisions. The cost of services includes my purchases for fixtures etc. and his labor and required materials.
