"Crawford's fixed my car's issue for a reasonable price when my dealership tried to scam me. "Charlie was great. The issue I have is with the pricing. Charlie eliminated a leak from the supply side so he wanted to put a camera down the drain pipe outside the kitchen. He discovered that the drain pipe had alot of grease etc in it and thought water may be backing up and leaking onto the stem wall. He offered to do a jet wash and it would be $1080. I did want the pipe cleaned and agreed to have it done. I am currenlty not sure if this will fix the stem wall issue. He was here about an hour on 2 separate days and the total bill was $1300. I know there are equipment costs etc, but wow. Phend plumbing performed the plumbing work on our house back in 2015 when we did a complete re-model. We used Dublin construction and Pete was at our house a few times so I thought it would be good to use Phend again. I remember back then having issues with the kitchen sink. Pete had to come out and re do what the other guy did because he did it wrong. I watched Charlie shove a hose in the drain pipe back and forth for about 15 minutes. I really don't think a service like this should cost over $1000."

"Until this most recent work done I would have recommended API plumbing in AZ. I dont know if they had new management take over but with how much money and years we have been with them, they DO NOT care about customers and work ethics anymore. They did not complete work we paid for and refuse to make it right saying we are at fault. DO NOT USE API PLUMBING IN ARIZONA"

"MY AC was out for three weeks and the company that the warranty company assigned me to did not know what they were doing. They wanted unsafe modifications made to my attic to get the unit in. After unbelievable frustration I was able to get the warranty company to switch me over to Armer. Within one week they installed my new system. No modifications were needed. They were all nice and communication was great. The two young men that installed did a great job and a month later, I have AC running. Thank you for coming in and making this happen!"
