"Kevin is an outstanding professional and we could not be more pleased with his work. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. Most importantly, as this is a vacation home, the entire project was completed without us being there to oversee the project, and I can honestly say that the work exceeded all of our expectations. Kevin kept us informed with pictures and regular text updates almost daily. In addition to the beautiful bathrooms, he incorporated a wine barrel into the cabinetry in the bar which was a last minute addition. Simply put, if your looking for a honest, hardworking, and quality-minded professional, hire Kevin from Rare Arts Construction. We plan on using Kevin for all of our future projects."

"The closet turned out wonderful. He is an outstanding contractor, definitely one of the best I've ever worked with. I highly recommend this guy not only for the quality of his work but for his focus on customer service. He always returns phone calls immediately and makes sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. I will definitely use him again when I remodel my kitchen. I wish I could bring him with me to Seattle to work on our other home!"

"<p>We highly recommend MTS painting if you're in the market for some professional interior painting.  We're fixing up a second home to sell and, since we're both semi-retired, thought that we could easily do all the interior painting by ourselves.  Wrong!  For starters, the house is 3000+ sq ft and, once we started, realized that absolutely everything except some ceilings needed to be painted.  In other words, not just walls, but inside closets, all baseboards, door jambs and both sides of all doors.  We persevered for weeks until only six doors, two upstairs bathrooms and three 20' walls remained.  By this point, my semi-retired husband decided to go back to work full time.  That's when I went looking for a professional.  I'm still waiting for two out of the three painting companies I phoned to call me back!  MTS saved the day by coming the same day for the estimate on the bathrooms and the three high walls and scheduling for the following day.  In the time it took me to finish two closet doors, the  two painters had finished their job!  And they cut in (i.e. no tape) perfectly!  Plus, they were courteous, clean, and very reasonably priced.  They really saved me.  I don't think you will be disappointed if you hire MTS for any painting job you may have.</p>"

"We completely gutted and renovated our entire house, using several different companies. We were content with the final product, but wanted to add a large fan to the main living room several months after the house was completed. We hired Rounds Construction for the job and of everyone we worked with, they were one of the most professional companies. They arrived at our house exactly when they said they would come. Moved all of our furniture out of the way very carefully. They never complained about crawling 50 feet through our tight attic space to the other side of the house to install the electrical in a very difficult spot. The fan installation is flawless and the price was very reasonable. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived by doing touch up paint on the ceiling and by the light switches, vacuumed, and patiently moved our furniture several times to exactly where we wanted it. I would definitely hire Rounds Construction again and again!"

"Jeremy and his guys did an outstanding job!! I got two other bids from other providers but their prices were ridiculous and completely out of my range.  JT's written bid included everything they would be doing, from prep work to what paint they would be using, exact work etc. They did a lot of prep work and were very thorough.  <br /> They were prompt and came every day until they were finished. I had the entire inside of my house painted, baseboards, walls, doors, ceilings, back patio, etc.  Provided repair to several damaged areas and did the work very quickly. <br /> They were so good, I recommended them to my sister to paint her house. I definitely will be using JT Custom painting again when I do the outside of my house or  anytime I need some painting done. <br /> Work ethic, team, price, quality of work.  I received the best from this company.   Feel very lucky I called them as the price was by far the best compared to other quotes I received. <br /> Highly recommended for paint work, inside or out. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in San Manuel, AZ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
