"Randy was so responsive. He was the first and only person who contacted me when I initially entered my info/problem on Angi's list/Home Advisor. I was quite surprised as I had never looked there for help and didnt expect a call. I was still in the process of looking for someone when he called, and he seemed very knowledgeable and I felt my search had ended after we talked. He was able to come the same day (I had company so this was a blessing). I wanted to not only have the clog in my kitchen pipes cleared but I also was looking for someone to help find out why this keeps happening.
