"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. "Incredible Service. After several weeks of itchy skin, we realized our water softener wasn't working. Upfront was one of the companies we called. I appreciated the fact that they were in contact with us through the entire process. DJ was the plumber that came out. I appreciated before coming into our house he took the. time to put on protective booties. It only took him 30 seconds to figure out that the valves to the water softener had been turned to the off position. Apparently when our water heater had gone out, the plumber who came out to do the repair had neglected to turn them back on (that plumber was not from Upfront). While it would have been easy enough to leave then, DJ took the time to run additional tests to confirm that may have been the issue. At this point it appears that was the issue. DJ's service didn't stop there. In addition, he gave me pointers on how to prolong the life of our water heater. Lastly, on case there were further issues with the softener, I requested a bid. It was promptly delivered to me within 10 minutes. Better yet, Upfront's price was $1,000.00 less than that from another company. While it seems we may not need a water softener at this time, I do know that going forward, any plumbing issues I have, Upfront Plumbing will be on my speed-dial."
