"We unexpectedly had A/C that was no longer cooling. I emailed over the weekend and they called us and came out Monday morning. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. The 2 men worked all day and into early evening to get the old unit out and the new unit in and new upgraded variable thermostat (I love it!). "The price was right, the service was good, but a leak developed in a different area of a particular pipe, the tech saw it, tightened it but it was still leaking, and he even replaced the seal. Bottom line is, he did do his job and unclogged the drain. However, I was left with a leaky pipe to deal with on my own."
