"Couldn't get "the other" leak detection guys to even return my phone call. Ace has a live person answer the phone, understood my desire to dialogue with text and noted my account that way. I received multiple texts daily regarding scheduling and had a technician to the house the following morning. 2 days later, a crew of 4 arrived to re-pipe the house because of a slab leak in an impossible spot to access easily. The guys were very professional and quick and were able to complete the job in about 8 hours time. Ace offered a financing deal with amazing terms to make the whole thing convenient for me."

"We have used Spegal Plumbing many times. They have supplied and installed a new water heater, fixed kitchen faucets, disposal, bathroom faucets and valves and reset a toilet. They are good plumbers, do a great job, make sure the work is to your satisfaction and they are fair and reasonable in their prices. We would recommend them. They are honest, reliable and good. We would use them again."

"The company responded the same day by coming to the house for free to see the problem. The work was done very well, free of charge because of the warranty and even offered to have a different crew stop by later to UV paint the outdoor PVC pipe Cole replaced. Awesome !"

"If I could James (the owner) ZERO stars I would. Contacted him through home warranty service for an emergency plumbing repair as the expert plumber who could scope the line and detect the location of the leak that was causing sewer water to run under several floors in the house. He did not scope the line. Instead he said we had to demolish the wall where he expected the leak to be, then he would return. We demolished all walls where he said it would be and texted him pictures in the wall. He was supposed to return on Saturday morning. Then it became sometime Saturday. Then it became Sat or Sun. Meanwhile, water was still destroying more and more of the house. Then he ignored all calls and texts. (None were rude!) On Monday, we were finally able to contact him and he said he no longer wanted to do the repair. We lost a several days trying to stop sewer water from infiltrating our home. This is absolutely disgusting and all he did was complain when he first arrived that he wouldn't get paid enough to fix the problem. Definitely avoid this company!"

"<p>They analyzed the car problems, identified the root-cause and called me with an update of the work that they recommended have performed. I approved their recommendations, and they ordered the parts. They called me to ask if they could keep car overnight, so that they could test drive vehicle and confirm that everything is working properly, and I approved.</p> <p><br />I have been going to Chang's Car Care for years. They are not the least expensive, but they are honest, reliable and ACE certified, so they guarantee their work. They tell it to you straight, and I always feel like I've received an honest assessment of any car care concerns. I ALWAYS recommend people to check with them for any car repair needs, and I will go back to them again and again. They also let you know what you might expect if you delay any certain repairs or recommendations, but it is for your knowledge, not a pressure/sales pitch.</p> <p>Finding a good car repair shop is not easy. Finding an honest one even harder! I would trust these guys for my car maintenance needs any day, and I am grateful for the fine team that works there!</p> . <br />"

FAQs for gas piping projects in Sanford, FL

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
