"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I initially sent him an email after viewing his website and Angie's List customer reviews.  He responded via email within two hours, asked for some door details which I provided, then he called me later that same day to set up an appointment.  He gave me an approximate appt time and then called me on the day of the appt to tell me he was on his way and arrived within the time frame he had originally given me.
He was very personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful with future maintenance suggestions that I can do to prevent door problems.  He charged me $10.00 less than his estimate because he didn't need to perform one function that he thought he would have to do.  That says a lot about his honesty.
