"I am very pleased with the work completed by David at disaster recovery systems. I received a call within minutes of inquiring online and he came to my house for an estimate within hours. He was always professional and courteous. He gave me a contract and a timeline and he never changed the terms. His workers were knowledgeable and very clean. They worked diligently in the house while my husband and I worked from home due to the covid situation. I am thrilled with the results and I would recommend disaster recovery systems to anyone looking for a company. I interviewed three companies including a well known mold remediation company and this was by far the best. You canâ t go wrong with this company!!!"

"I recently had water damage behind the walls of my bathroom and hired this company for water removal and restoration. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team arrived quickly, identified the source of the moisture, and explained each step of the process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect."

"The entire operation of Jim Tanner & his crew at AdvantaClean are unparalleled. I canâ  t recommend them enough. The exceptional service began with my initial call to the dispatch/office. She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. It really felt like at every step they always went the extra mile. We even had subsequent water intrusion and Jim came out to assess the situation. They really are a top notch operation.."

"Needed to fix water damage in one of our bathrooms. He provided excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fast turn around time - would definitely hire him again. Highly recommended!"

"Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later. We are very grateful to Onpoint Property Restoration and would definitely recommend them and have."

"True North Restoration of NW Florida Staff and Owners (Max and Jessica) were very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs! Our AC float sensor malfunctioned and our AC flooded the space between our 1st and 2nd floors. Their quick response to handle the water cleanup and drywall damaged areas saved us from adding mold growth to the already stressful situation. Thanks True North! You all are the best and weâ ll definitely use your services again!"

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"I called them at noon on Thursday for a very urgent asbestos test after removing the flooring because my kitchen has been flooded. They managed to come the same day. The lady was super pro. They called to give me the results at 10AM the day after, and I was able to continue the work with no delay. I would have lost at least one week doing this check badly myself with a testing kit. Thank you for your profesionalism!"

"Cat5 Globals Owner, Michael Bertagna, is a Professional that really knows his work. Wen I told him of the damage to our home caused by the Feb 2021 Disaster Storm we had in Texas, he listened Intently, then, answered in a no nonsense articulation of words without â trying to sell meâ on his business like others tried to do to impress me. I scheduled Michael to come look at the damage, lots of water damage that ruined Sheetrock on ceiling in dining room, Kitchen, family room and all of our carpets. He used a costly high end moisture instrument unlike those cheap $60 to $100 two pins moisture detectors the other guys were using when they cam to inspect my damage. After Michael inspected the areas and gave me a general rundown on the damage he saw, and told me what he would have to remove in order to see if more damage was hidden, I signed him up that day. Michael scheduled his crew to start the job according to our agreed upon timeframe. Now, for his crew: His crew, headed by the Lead Carlos Sanchez, was a delight to work with. It became clear after 15 min of them setting up to do work that they were true professionals also. Carlos explained the stages he and his crew would follow. He took each area one at a time, and used heavy plastic barriers to wall of their demolition work, taking down ceilings, walls, carpets and baseboards. As I watched from time to time, It was easy to see that their work was done in measured experienced movements. â All of their work was done that way throughout the projectâ . And what really impressed my wife and me was how they cleaned up the work area after each day, leaving no junk anywhere. Iâ ve see other companies crews work and keep the trash around them for days, walking over it and dragging it around the house. Not these Cat5 Global Men â It took a bit of extra time to do it their way, but the results were clean, and each night after they left our home it did not look like a junk yard. They put up zippered plastic barriers for us and them to walk thru that separated one room area from the other to prevent dust and debris from going into the areas we stayed in while they worked. And they were very careful not to allow dust created by cutting out Sheetrock by using a vacuum right next to the cutting tool to take it away. Iâ ve seen other company workers disregard that and got dust everywhere. In any case, my wife and I canâ t say enough about Michael and his work crews work that was definitely way above what other companies weâ ve experienced. They did not cut corners, they did not omit something they knew needed attention. They did an exemplary job taking care of our homes storm damage. We highly recommend Cat5 Global."

"This pro was on time and very efficient. He was wonderful to work with. We will use him again."
