"Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. "With Cielo Construction I had the best experience we had... I think this review is the best way to express how happy we are with Cielo Construction, as they designed build for us a separate guest house in the back yard. The entire addition project went fast and smooth, we can’t believe how fast they built the whole guest house including the walls, roof, floor covering and more… each week we could see a change in the construction. Before we hired them for the job, we got at least 5 other estimates from other companies who came over to check the job and to see what’s involved. Almost all them send us their salesman with low knowledge and lots of promising about what we will get from them and just pushing us to sign the contract that same day. With Sam everything was easy and calm! He showed a very high skills and knowledge which proved to us that they are no less than professional company that know exactly what they are doing. "I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found goodfellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my  constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.

"Joe Kincaid is a great contractor.  I first met Joe back in Fall of 2014 when I was looking at contractors to do a remodel of a home that I had just purchased.  The home was built in 1959 and many parts of it were original.  I wanted to upgrade the electrical box and grounding as well as replace a few of the lights.  There were a some other items I was pricing out with him, such as a small roof repair and a small bathroom remodel.  

It was on a Sunday morning, when Joe called me around 8:00 AM that my simple remodel changed completely.  We were about a week into the project.  Fortunately, Joe stopped by the house that morning early to check up on the work progress.  When he arrived, he found that my cold water line had burst under the house overnight.  The entire house was under several inches of water.  Joe was instrumental in helping me get the repairs started by first contacting a flood/mold remediation company to dry out the house.  

In the end, I had to do a complete home remodel.  Every room was affected.  Including what we were originally planning on renovating, Joe replaced the flooring (tile and wood laminate), baseboards, drywall, painting, electrical plugs, breaker box, roofing repairs, new shower tiling in the master and new shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom, new vanities in both bathrooms, new cabinets and counters in the kitchen and much more.  Joe got the work done on time and on budget.  If I could change anything, I would have used Joe for the copper re-pipe I had to do inside the house after the flood.  Even then, Joe noticed and helped take care of issues that the plumber left unfinished.  Joe became my eyes and ears during the project.  His communication was great!

Earlier this year, I had another water line problem at the house.  This time the water main line was leaking underground between the street and my house.  My first call was to Joe.  He stopped by that day and called me with his recommendations.  We decided to replace an area of the copper pipe that was leaking.  Hopefully this will be the solution as the rest of the pipe looked OK.  It was certainly a lot less expensive than replacing the whole line. Joe was thorough and did a great job both times I have used him.  I like how he is willing to give options to meet my budget and best of all, I trust what he says."
