The workers drive a fully stocked company van so were able to complete the job the day I received my troubleshooting and quote. Company name and phone number are proudly advertised on van. Geremii, (owner) you have a terrific business and answered all of my questions so I was never in the dark about the work that was done. I recommend them to everyone!"

"TWO entire properties, completely remediated for decrepit cast-iron sewer pipes, under concrete slabs... from 1960s construction in L.A. County. The most thorough examination, in advance of proposal preparation, I've ever seen. Skilled plumbers and diggers, in sufficient numbers to get the job done quickly. Spectacular dust control, to void the need for visqueen of occupants' possessions; they built a "casita" of PVC pipe and heavy plastic tarps and tape. Reasonable and easy to work with. So conscientious... tenant had use of sewer pipes overnight on a big job that took over a week to complete. Completed work passed rigorous leak tests. ALL the iron below floor level is GONE and I'll never have to worry about this again."

"These people are competent but their ethics are highly questionable. I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard."

After being told by 2 other contractors that I needed to replace all pipes leading to the faucets, I sent Diplomat videos of the situation, and Mike showed up the next day with the parts he needed to replace the stems and all new hardware.Everything works excellent and came in at 1/5 the cost of the other 2 Angi recommended plumbers who were clearly out to rip me a new one.Mike and I discussed the downside of hiring contractors,and, being one myself,I had to agree there are some companies out there who don't really care if they ever get repeat customers.From my experience, honesty, word of mouth, and repeat customers are the key to a successful business, and Mike's Diplomat Plumbing has me as a customer for life. "I had a massive root intrusion in my main line causing stoppages, saw their reviews and how trust worthy they are and gave them a shot. Greg came with his camera and inspected my main line and saw the problem almost immediately. I didn?t feel pressured into getting it done, he gave me options and asked which one I would want to move forward with. I chose the section repair. The pricing was very fair and the work was done very professionally. For sure my plumbers from now on, and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber!!!!"

"Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."
