Hector and Jesus did a great job overcoming challenges in preparation and clearing up an initial misunderstanding which was quickly addressed at the office. "The technician did a review of the cooling systems which were not working at the time. Rather than trouble shoot the obvious - lack of coolant - he told us we needed a new system and charged us for 1.5 hours of work. i contacted another group who did excellent and honest trouble shooting, replaced and refilled the coolant, re insulated some pipes at a very reasonable cost. When I contacted Reliable Tech and told them what happened they came back out to the house and offered a partial refund."

Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances.
