"Reliant Plumbing has employed an expert team who worked diligently to fix multiple difficult to find sewage and drain issues in two bathrooms. They kept me constantly informed and aware of choices and costs of the repair! Just purchased my home a couple weeks ago and wished I'd hired these guys to test the capacity of the sewage pipes and drains ahead of time, so that I could have know these issues existed prior to the closing; the inspector missed this easy find. After assessing their completed work and talking to other pros, I know for sure the Reliant Plumbers' quote was spot on and believe they were working more efficiently and saved me money by working together---constantly checking in with their manager to convey new blockers popping up. Time is money and the guys never even stopped to take a break, until they were sure the job was almost done! Another unrelated troublesome issue arose just after they got to the next job, but they were back again within a couple hours. They assessed and found a separate issue, made a plan and returned early the next day to complete the job in the quickest time, so that I could get back to enjoying me new vintage home in Mid Town Tulsa Oklahoma! Never doubted the estimate, never doubted how trustworthy; comfortable for me to run a fast errand and leave them to working inside and outside of my home. "Four installers, two for the generator and natural gas and two for electrical work showed up on-time and got directly to work. I was home and watched them install the product. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They buried the gas and electrical lines for me and set the generator as Seth described. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what to do. Since I purchased the ten year extended warranty, they told me that if there is any problem at all, I just have to call and they will take care of it. All I have to do is to monitor a light that is green on the side of the generator. If it turns red, I call them. I would so RECOMMEND Airco for a home generator. We were so happy with the installation that we changed our maintenance plan for our furnace/air conditioner to Airco as well."
