There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The first day was spent removing the old toilets and removing the debris that had clung to the drainage pipes. One toilet was completely installed while the other one had to wait until the drainage pipe became available. It was sort of an inconvenience, but at least there was one bathroom and we were able to use and therefore able to remain at home.

The second day was spent installing new pipe under both toilets and replacing all the old sewer lines that ran beneath the house. All the while, while the work was going on they conducted themselves in a very professional manner and explained what was going on as the job progressed.

Also they cleaned up the excess material and hauled it away upon completion of the job.

As for Kenneth Havard  and his crew, I will not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who needs plumbing services performed on anything that needs replacing or repairing.

If given the opportunity to grade Mr. Havard and his crew, it would be an A+.
