"The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."

"July 2020 Best contractor I have dealt with in my 8 years in Florida. On time every time we had an appointment. Work was scheduled and the 5 man crew arrived early and worked tirelessly in 90+ heat for 11 hours to get the job done in one day. Very impressed. Update 4-12-23: I am beyond impressed. I have told everyone who inquires about my driveway how happy I am with the product and company but todays interaction with them has me nearly in tears. Hurricane Ian left our home in bad shape. After replacing our carport we had spots where the old posts were and I wanted to get a quote to have them repaired along with a few scrapes. I wasn't sure if I was going to get them fixed because of all the other expenses we had following the storm but I wanted to know the price in case we wanted to get them taken care of now. I was told that in this case the work necessary was not a huge task and that Total Garage would absorb the cost to make the repairs. I got a lump in my throat while thanking Ernie who had already spoken to Fred prior to arriving. Total Garage stands by their work and their customers. I have spoken to other residents in our community who chose to save a few pennies with other supposedly reputable contractors only to have endless problems and no support. CHOOSE TOTAL GARAGE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID."

"We purchased 3 Clopay garage doors from this company in 2014. After a couple years the door began to deteriorate between the folds. Our doors face each other in a motor court where there is no irrigation spray nor are we near the salt water spray of the gulf. Tap water from our hose was used to routinely spray them clean. We were told that this was happening because we were supposed to have waxed each of the folds in these 3 large doors with surfboard wax routinely as indicated somewhere in the fine print of the warranty. Had we been advised of this we would have purchased another brand. D & D will not send a representative from the company to inspect this, and they will not work to help us in anyway. Given the cost of these doors we certainly expected a product with a life expectancy of better than 3 years. I advise you to look elsewhere to buy your garage doors!"
