I went to hone advisors and found Albert on this site. He responded almost immediately,said he would be at our place at 8. Showed up at 7:30. Fixed our problem, explained some other work that we will need to get done. He was wonderful,professional and I will hire him for any future issues that we might have. Great man, great personality and dedicated to helping. If there were 10 stars they would all be marked."

"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. So far we're 2-3 weeks in with the system and it's operating great. I would recommend this company quite enthusiastically to anyone looking for a new heating/cooling solution in their home."

"This was the only company willing to respond immediately. Mr. Alvarez sent a crew including his very experienced father, which we greatly appreciated. They were friendly and professional and worked hard to resolve the clogged sewer line, attempting numerous solutions. Unfortunately, the problem didn’t get resolved that day, as it required a more significant amount of work. Nevertheless, I would hire this company again."

"Not the smoothest service. Problem with ordering toilets - a long story in itself. I had to bird-dog the process right to the end. In fact I got an upgraded toilet as a result of the order snafu but had to wait a couple days for a seat that did not come with the order. But once they were installed, I was satisfied. The installation went fine with no issues other than the missing seat. The installer was very thorough and cleaned up the job and left my bathrooms as if no one was ever there."
