"Had a water heater go back and they determined that it was probably still under Kenmore parts warranty (since only 2 yrs old) so recommended I first call they to see (and it was where I got a free replacement through Kenmore) rather than have them do anything, so I greatly appreciated that. Since they determined that 15mins into the service call, I had them also replace an old external water spigot that was hard to turn on. They did a great job with that, even replacing the bib pipe since it had rusted and had minimal breaking into the wall."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. "I called this company last month to do a water repiping for a rental. I was very satisfied with the efficiency and competence of these guys. However, at my own residence, I called a prominent plumbing company, one that advertises heavily, to fix a leaking pressure relief valve on a water tank they installed. This company told me that my water pressure was too high (80 psi) which it was. Their solution was to have me install an expansion tank plus install a 2 inch pressure relief valve. I then called Cal's who installed the relief valve on the 3/4 line from my meter, and said I didn't need an expansion tank. The whole price was less than what the other company was going to charge me for just the 2 inch pressure relief valve. This demonstrated to me that this company is honest and fair. Their professionalism and competence are unquestionable. From now on, I'm saving time and grief by calling them for any plumbing issues."

"The maintenance person was on time. He stopped and put on covers over his shoes before entering my home. He checked both parts of the unit, in my atic and outside of the house. He performed a test run of the unit. Upon completion he cleaned op the insulation that had dropped out of my atic into my laundry room.  He then presented me with a list of the tasks and his findings. Very professional.
